14 week programme (3 hours per week) is for parents and caregivers of 3-8 year olds. We provide evidence based tools and fresh new strategies to support you through the challenges that parenting this age group can bring.
Tuning Into Kids

Tuning into Kids™ is a parenting programme for parents of children aged 3-10 years old. It aims to increase parent-child connection by improving emotional communication within the family.
