The Incredible Years
A FREE Positive Parenting Programme for parents and caregivers of 3-8 year olds.
The Incredible Years is an evidence-based parenting programme that focuses on strengthening parenting skills and fosters parent involvement in children’s growth. The programme provides parents with tools to promote children’s academic, social, and emotional skills and reduce any behavioural challenges you may be facing.
The programme is delivered over a 14 week period for approximately 3 hours a week. It can be delivered online or in-person. See our Course Dates page for our next programmes.
All resources are supplied and the in-person programme includes refreshments and kai (childcare support and petrol vouchers available to those eligible).
Classes are limited to 16 parents/caregivers.
